Department: Events amp; Entertainment
Status: Part-time / Hourly, Seasonal
Summary:
Hard Rock Stadium amp; the Miami Dolphins are seeking skilled, motivated, and reliable individuals to fill the part time position of Event Activation Team Member. Under the direct supervision of the Entertainment amp; Events Department, the Event Activation Team Member position will assist in the overall execution of Miami Dolphins game day activations and other events in-market and at Hard Rock Stadium year-round. Throughout the year, there will be various development opportunities such as: virtual one-on-ones, newsletters, and networking opportunities for team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Miami Dolphins game day activations and support different fan experiences around Hard Rock Stadium. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Arrive early on game days to set up pre-game activation and tailgate spaces around Hard Rock Stadium.
    • Oversee, operate and breakdown the Miami Dolphins “Grand Plaza” activations on game days, including but not limited to partnership activations, photo opportunities, youth football activities, and Dolphin’s brand elements.
  • Work ALL (9) Miami Dolphins home games for the 2026 season, including preseason: minimum of 7 hours/game
  • Provide high-quality customer service interaction with guests to enhance the fan experience throughout game day.
  • Opportunity to work other events throughout the year including Miami Dolphins Training Camp, Dolphins Cancer Challenge, Miami Open, and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. Min. of 4 hours/event.
  • Opportunity to be selected for the Brand Ambassador program, a position that supports Corporate Partnerships, Brand Marketing, and other departments with off-site activations and events.
Qualifications:
  • Must commit to ENTIRE Miami Dolphins home schedule and potential home playoff games.
  • Must commit to minimum of 2 public Miami Dolphins Training Camp days.
  • Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Must have reliable access to transportation.
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans amp; front office staff and conduct themselves accordingly.
  • Flexible with tasks assigned for game day.
  • Maintains integrity and professionalism while representing the organization.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Ability to stand and move around outdoors for long periods of time.
  • Capable of moving/lifting up to 50 lbs.
