Law Mom is a rapidly growing estate planning, probate, and trust administration law firm committed to educating families, empowering communities, and delivering a 5-star client experience.
Through workshops, seminars, networking events, sponsorships, and community outreach, we help families protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships throughout Massachusetts.
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, results-driven Community Engagement Manager to own our community presence, event execution, outreach efforts, and attendance growth initiatives.
This is not an administrative role.
This is a performance-driven position for someone who loves people, thrives on execution, enjoys being out in the community, and wants to make a measurable impact.
Position Overview:
  • The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for planning, promoting, coordinating, and executing Law Mom events while helping drive attendance, supporting workshop registrations, building referral relationships, and expanding Law Mom's presence throughout Massachusetts.
  • This role serves as the connection point between Marketing, Intake, Attorneys, Referral Partners, and the Community.
  • The successful candidate will own event execution from start to finish and will be held accountable to performance metrics and growth goals.

Schedule Expectations:
  • This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position.
  • While office hours are generally Monday through Friday, flexibility is required.

The successful candidate must be willing to:
  • Attend evening workshops and seminars.
  • Attend networking events after business hours.
  • Participate in occasional weekend community events.
  • Travel regularly between the North Shore and South Shore offices.
  • Travel throughout Massachusetts for events and outreach opportunities.
  • Adjust work schedules as necessary to support firm events.
  • Work hours will flex based on business needs and event schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Ownership & Execution:
  • Own the Law Mom event calendar.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, webinars, sponsorships, and networking events.
  • Manage vendors, venues, supplies, registrations, and logistics.
  • Ensure flawless event execution.
  • Coordinate setup and breakdown.
  • Deliver a 5-star attendee experience.
  • Track event performance and attendance metrics.

Attendance Growth & Booking Support:
  • Assist in driving event attendance.
  • Support registration and confirmation efforts.
  • Work closely with Intake to maximize attendance.
  • Conduct attendee outreach and reminders.
  • Assist with post-event follow-up.
  • Support workshop and event attendance goals.

Community Outreach & Relationship Development:
  • Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations.
  • Attend networking events and community functions.
  • Identify speaking opportunities for attorneys.
  • Coordinate sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop relationships that expand Law Mom's visibility and reach.

Marketing Collaboration:
  • Ensure Marketing receives event information in advance.
  • Support event promotion efforts.
  • Capture photos, videos, and testimonials.

  • Assist with post-event reporting and content collection.
