Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement energy management and sustainability programs across data center sites or regional operations.
  • Manage energy-related projects for data centers and associated infrastructure.
  • Monitor energy consumption, operating costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze energy, water, and waste data, and prepare monthly sustainability and performance reports.
  • Validate energy invoices, identify discrepancies, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems, including audits, compliance activities, and documentation.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve energy efficiency and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, internal stakeholders, and clients, including Microsoft.
  • Support broader sustainability initiatives, such as zero-waste programs and energy resilience projects.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sustainable Energy, or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent qualifications combined with relevant professional experience will also be considered.
Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or technical operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 environmental and energy management systems.
  • Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other critical infrastructure environments is considered an advantage.
