Job Title: NICE Developer

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: Full-Time

Job Description:

7 + years of relevant IT experience in NICE v3.1/4.1 systems (mandatory)

Experience with call and voice recordings systems.

Awareness of maintenance activities/health checks for NICE systems and NICE perform applications.

Experience of handling various production support roles (technical - L1/L2/L3) and hands-on experience in using at least 2-3 widely used Monitoring / Scheduling tools.

Experience in incident and problem management and the ability to identify cross functional or technical issues and trouble shooting skills.

Ability to be flexible enough to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues, production recoveries, provide support to development & infrastructure releases.
