Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Software Engineer II to join Client's global customer service technology team. This is a full-stack engineering role focused on building scalable web applications, backend services, APIs, workflow systems, and automation platforms that improve agent productivity and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience, a passion for building high-quality software, and an interest in AI-enabled applications and modern engineering practices.

  • Rate Range: $45-55/hr on W2

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend components for customer service platforms.
  • Build and enhance web applications, APIs, workflow systems, and automation solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and collaborative engineering activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:
