Location: Agawam, MA (New Facility - Startup Phase)
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available | Day, Evening, and Night Shifts
Pay Range: $38-$42 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program. As an RN, you will play a key role on our interdisciplinary treatment team, supporting clients through medical monitoring, medication administration, detox protocols, and health education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as clinically indicated
  • Administer medications and monitor client responses
  • Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
  • Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per established protocol
  • Provide health and medication education to clients
  • Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
  • Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic treatment environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Licensure:

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts

Certifications:

  • Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required
  • American Heart Association CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Preferred:

  • Experience working with detox protocols and co-occurring disorder treatment
