We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of front desk agents.


Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to all guests

- Manage a team of front desk agents, providing guidance and support as needed

- Train new front desk agents on company policies and procedures

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of guest information and room availability

- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations as needed

- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
