This remote role allows you to engage with clients through our telehealth platform, ensuring that you can provide effective therapy from the comfort of your own space. As an LPCC, you will take on a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the well-being of young adults aged 18 to 30:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share their experiences and provide mutual support.
• Provide Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling services that help clients weigh their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors towards the development of effective coping strategies.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment frameworks that align with their individual needs and preferences.
• Monitor Progress: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to track and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and consult on complex client cases, ensuring quality outcomes.

Clients often come to us requiring support with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional coping mechanisms. As a counselor in our program, you will play a significant role in facilitating their healing journey, fostering resilience, and nurturing their growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in Colorado.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly desirable.

While all applicants will be considered, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:

• Previous experience working with young adults in a therapeutic setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
