Heritage Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Work Environment

This remote role allows for a flexible work setting, giving counselors a chance to tailor their schedules to accommodate personal and professional commitments. You will have access to a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards. Our telehealth platform is HIPAA compliant, providing a secure space for virtual sessions with clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based counseling services to clients, focusing on individual, family, and group therapies that address mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and formulate treatment plans that ensure the safety, confidentiality, and progression of clients.
  • Maintain a consistent and accurate record of client interactions using our EHR system to facilitate effective treatment delivery and billing processes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and training sessions provided by Heritage Counseling Center.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will focus on providing tailored counseling interventions that facilitate healing and empowerment, ensuring clients feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling.
  • Proficient in using technology, including virtual telehealth platforms, and possess a reliable laptop/desktop with an internet connection and webcam.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple client caseloads efficiently.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Experience
