• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, tailoring strategies specific to each client's needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, integrating various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Facilitate engaging individual, couple, and group counseling sessions that encourage open communication and personal growth.
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms and self-care practices, empowering them to manage their mental health effectively.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the therapeutic process, making necessary adjustments to treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care plan for clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of clients' treatment and progress in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

You will be working primarily with adults seeking counseling for a range of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. Many clients may require specialized assistance based on their unique backgrounds and experiences. Your empathetic, non-judgmental approach will be vital in establishing trust and rapport with clients, allowing for deeper exploration and healing.

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Proven experience in delivering effective counseling to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients and convey complex information clearly.
• A supportive, empathetic approach to counseling, fostering a non-judgmental environment for clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team setting.
• Willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule that meets clients' needs, which may include evenings or weekends.

• Previous experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting client progress and treatment plans.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000, dependent on experience and caseload availability. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide recommended client referrals to sustain a steady caseload and reduce the effort spent on marketing.
