• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring that all technological platforms are secure and HIPAA-compliant.
• Keep precise and timely documentation that meets ethical and legal standards for treatment and billing.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending relevant workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

The licensed mental health counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and managing life transitions. Our multidisciplinary approach allows for addressing a broad spectrum of mental health needs, ensuring a holistic and comprehensive treatment framework that prioritizes client dignity and respect.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a safe, trusting, and empathetic therapeutic relationship with diverse clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective therapy delivery.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle caseloads and administrative duties efficiently.

• Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting or familiarity with teletherapy platforms is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with integrated treatment approaches or working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams is viewed favorably.
• A background in working with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, veterans) is a plus.
