Government and Commercial Contract Specialist Location: Lehi, UT Symbiotic Services is seeking a Government and Commercial Contract Specialist to support contract management and sales efforts for a company specializing in native seed and erosion control products. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to manage government and special commercial contracts while providing sales and business development support. Key Responsibilities Contract Management Oversee all aspects of government and special commercial contracts across multiple regions.

Organize contract and bid documents in the company's online system. Maintain shared calendars for key deliverable dates. Review contract documents and communicate key components to sales staff and senior management.

Assist in contract activities, including bid preparation, pricing, and fulfillment coordination. Communicate efficiently and professionally with contract customers. Sales Support Manage a book of business as assigned by senior sales staff.

Handle customer calls and assist walk-in customers. Support competitive bidding procedures. Assist with order processing and inventory management.

Process customer orders in the company's ERP system and coordinate with warehouse staff. Marketing & Business Development Support Promote the use of native seed in government agencies and NGOs. Support marketing efforts, including trade events, speaking engagements, and marketing materials.

Qualifications Required Education & Experience Proven track record of government contract management. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

A degree in restoration science, range science, agronomy, or a related field (preferred but not required). Preferred Degrees Rangeland Sciences Wildlife Conservation Plant Sciences Environmental Sciences & Management Ecological Management & Restoration Agronomy Other related fields Preferred Experience (Not Required) Government contracts with BLM, USFS, NRCS, and USFWS. Commercial projects related to mining, reclamation, wetlands restoration, or wildlife conservation.
