Job description

Who you'll be working with:

We ideate, create, and coordinate. We analyze, strategize, organize, and prioritize. We bridge the communication channel between the client and our project team. We chart the course and navigate the product roadmap sprint by sprint. Some of us are product owners. Some of us are scrum masters. Many of us wear multiple hats and do whatever's needed to deliver successful projects.
Please note this role is in our Chicago office, 3 days per week. 


What you'll be doing:

Product & Consulting Support

  • Assist with discovery, strategy, and visioning activities for prospective and existing clients.
  • Support creation of proposals, statements of work, presentations, feature lists, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Conduct market, competitor, vendor, and industry research to inform client recommendations and business decisions.
  • Assist with workshop preparation, documentation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Create and maintain Miro boards, planning materials, and workshop artifacts.

PMO & Delivery Operations

  • Partner with department leadership to plan, track, and drive quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Assist with leadership reviews by compiling project health indicators, escalations, staffing needs, and action items.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes and reporting frameworks.

Workforce Planning

  • Coordinate candidate interview scheduling and recruiting activities within the PMO department on an as needed basis.
  • Support summer internship program planning, onboarding, coordination, and execution.
  • Work closely with Operations to assist with contractor and vendor sourcing activities, including research, coordination, and onboarding support.

Executive & Organizational Support

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, department forums, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Support the growth and ongoing success of a selected set of strategic partnerships by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and facilitating collaboration opportunities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, action items, and executive summaries.
  • Assist with company initiatives, offsites, team events, internship programs, and philanthropic activities.
  • Support special initiatives related to AI adoption, organizational transformation, delivery excellence, and operational maturity.

What you'll need to be successful (Requirements):

  • MUST have client facing experience
  • Two (2)+  years of formal, relevant operational and/or product experience within the consulting industry
  • High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer
  • Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams
  • Maturity and good judgment
  • Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects
  • Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
  • Have a strong work ethic and be willing to go the extra mile

  • CSPO or PMP certification
  • Jira Software/Confluence experience
  • Google Suite experience
  • Professional Services Automation software (e.g. Kantata)
