About the Role:
Code Ninjas of Beacon Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Assistant Center Director with a focus on Customer Service and Sales to join our team part-time in Seattle, WA (N. Beacon Hill Neighborhood)! In this role, you'll be the face of our brand - connecting with local families, schools, and community organizations to inspire the next generation of young coders and tech innovators.
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to convert leads.
  • Close enrollments through confident program explanations and objection handling.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up cadence.
  • Schedule tours, trials, and memberships quickly and professionally.
  • Provide clear, friendly communication to parents via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist with daily center operations, opening/closing, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Help coordinate staff schedules and shift coverage.
  • Provide on-floor support to Senseis to ensure smooth class flow.
  • Assist with onboarding and basic training for new staff.
  • Greet families and ensure a welcoming, organized experience.
  • Address parent questions and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain high satisfaction through consistent, positive interactions.
  • Track attendance, memberships, and lead conversions.
  • Support inventory checks and basic center upkeep.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years in a sales, customer acquisition, or lead conversion role.
  • 1-2 years in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call center, education, or youth programs).
  • Proven ability to close leads, handle objections, and follow structured sales processes.
  • Experience working with kids or families in camps, tutoring centers, after-school programs, or similar environments.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently
  • Enthusiasm for STEM education, youth development, or coding is a strong plus
  • Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends as needed
