Warehouse Customer Service Representative
Employnet are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative with experience in logistics, dispatching, and call center operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate transportation and scheduling activities, and provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinating and dispatching drivers, technicians, or service personnel to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitoring schedules, routes, and shipment statuses while providing updates to customers.
- Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, dispatch activities, and service requests.
- Communicating effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Tracking deliveries, appointments, and service completion to meet company standards.
- Utilizing dispatching, CRM, and logistics software to manage daily operations.
- Assisting with order entry, scheduling, and administrative support as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, dispatching, or a call center environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
