Acknowledges customers' needs with suggestions and referrals of appropriate Bank products and services. Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently while remaining in compliance with the established Bank policies and procedures. These individuals will need to be outgoing, sales oriented, flexible, adaptable and results driven. They must demonstrate the ability to work independently and with a team, make sound decisions and use critical thinking skills. Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms all UB I duties at a proficient level including, but not limited to the following items:Processes all teller line transactions at a proficient level; including but not limited to accepting deposits and loan payments, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks, issuing official checks and potentially including providing overrides and approvalsCounts and balances the cash drawer daily, taking proactive steps to identify and resolve discrepancies when the balance is offFollows BSA/AML/OFAC policies and/or procedures to report any suspicious activityAlways maintain integrity, including keeping all Bank business and information confidentialOpens new accounts for customers accurately and efficientlyHandles more complex customer inquiries and requestsDemonstrates strong sales skills.
