Accounts Receivable Specialist - 

Accounts Receivable Specialist: An opportunity to join our nonprofit and make a difference. Our A/R Specialist serves in a key role with our accounting team. Responsible for processing billing and invoices; monitoring account balances; preparing daily deposits and reports; notifications for overdue accounts; Recording and tracking receipts. M-F 8-430.  Hiring immediately. EOE

Requirements for Accounts Receivable Specialist:

    A minimum of one-year accounts receivable work experience

    High school diploma or accredited GED

    Excellent data entry and spreadsheet skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizing and time management skills

    Excellent at attention to detail and accuracy

    Skilled in building relationships

    Strong knowledge of accounting systems and accounts receivable procedures

    Must be able to lift 50 lbs or 1⁄4 of own body weight, whichever is less
