Description:Academic Coach (Part-Time, Contract)


Treasure Coast Girls Coalition (TCGC) is looking for passionate Academic Coaches who believe learning should be engaging, affirming, and rooted in real-world experiences.


TCGC serves girls ages 9–18 through after-school and summer STEAM enrichment programs in Title I communities across the Treasure Coast. We focus on building academic confidence, emotional intelligence, and pathways to future careers — especially for girls who deserve access, opportunity, and support.


What You’ll Do
  • Facilitate engaging academic and enrichment sessions (small groups)
  • Support students using project-based, culturally responsive instruction
  • Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment
  • Track student progress and share updates with families and staff
  • Collaborate with a small, mission-driven team of educators and mentors
  • Support student growth academically, socially, and emotionally

Requirements:Qualifications
