• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care strategies that encompass the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars, contributing to both personal growth and the overall knowledge base of our team.

At Horizon Care, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to families dealing with complex relational dynamics. Our focus extends to clients affected by substance misuse, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to provide high-quality therapeutic services.
• In-depth knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage and build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies for effective patient management and documentation.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience working effectively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating collaborative skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
