Your tasks
  • Accountable for the preparation of KPI-based, monthly engineering reporting at a global level and coordination with regional teams.
  • Implementation and management of a regular working rhythm for the global OTC engineering organization in Voith Hydro.
  • Systematic capacity planning and assurance of cross-location cooperation to proactively avoid and relieve capacity bottlenecks.
  • Data analysis and quality assurance of large data sets using analytical tools (e.g., Qliksense, Power BI), from which KPIs are derived.
  • Cross-site coordination of engineering teams and close communication with management, including Engineering Quality and Engineering Excellence functions.
  • Validation of data streams and their consistency; providing suggestions for simplification and automation of processes.
  • Creation of global monthly reporting and review of regional monthly reporting.
  • Supporting and ensuring the standardization and uniformity of regional engineering reporting.
  • Proactive tracking of internal work packages related to the KPIs of the global OTC engineering organization, especially the tracking of critical project deliverables.
Your profile
  • Successfully completed technical or business degree (e.g., engineering, industrial engineering, business analytics) or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering reporting, capacity planning, or a related field, preferably in an international organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in handling and interpreting large data sets, ideally with Qliksense, Power BI, or similar analysis tools.
  • Sound knowledge of KPI development, reporting processes, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams across different sites and cultural backgrounds.
  • Manage cross-site teams and interface with management and various functions.
  • Experience in process validation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • High degree of initiative, structured and solution-oriented working style, and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required (10%).

This position can be filled at any of our global Voith Hydro locations (except Germany). The remote work policies will adhere to the regulations of the specific location where you are based - this is not a fully remote position.
