Position Summary

Good360 is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our Website Manager for an 8-week summer internship (mid-June through mid-August 2026). This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who wants to build real digital marketing and web skills in a mission-driven environment.

You will contribute directly to Good360's digital marketing efforts across three defined areas: content publishing and formatting, SEO optimization, and brand alignment across web pages. By the end of the internship, you will have a portfolio-ready body of published work and a practical understanding of how digital strategy supports a nonprofit organization's mission.

This role is part of Good360's Marketing & Communications team and offers direct mentorship from the Website Manager through weekly 1:1 check-ins and structured feedback throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

Content Publishing & Page Formatting

  • Format and publish blogs, press releases, and impact stories in WordPress following Good360's design standards and brand guidelines
  • Apply consistent heading structure, media guidelines, and layout formatting across content pages

  • Deliver a structured SEO audit report by Week 6, summarizing gaps and opportunities

  • Review and update existing web pages to align with Good360's current brand standards and visual guidelines
  • Apply updates consistently using a defined style guide within a structured scope
  • Maintain an issues log documenting inconsistencies and proposed solutions; present findings to the Website Manager at program close

  • Direct mentorship from Good360's Website Manager with regular 1:1 feedback
  • A front-row view of how digital strategy supports a mission-driven organization

What We're Looking For

  • Problem Solver:You figure things out. When you hit a wall, your first instinct is to find a way around it, not to wait for someone to hand you the answer.
  • Curious & Eager to Learn:You're genuinely interested in how websites, content, and digital marketing work. You ask good questions, pay attention to details, and bring energy to the work.
  • Dependable & Communicative:You follow through, meet deadlines, and flag issues early. You communicate clearly and don't let things fall through the cracks.
  • Attention to Detail:Web publishing and SEO work rewards care. Typos, broken formatting, and missed fields have real impact. You notice things.
  • Mission-Driven: You care about more than the work itself. You're drawn to the idea of applying your skills in the service of something meaningful, and you have a genuine interest in the nonprofit sector, social impact, or purposeful giving.
