Job Overview:
Join Apex Service Partners as a Marketing Manager and lead your locations' marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, strengthen community ties and drive revenue through traditional and digital marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will design, execute and optimize campaigns across 3-5 branches that have well-established local brand recognition and consumer trust. The marketing manager will communicate and collaborate closely with field personnel, including General Managers and Regional Leadership teams, to understand service priorities and capacity, along with marketing campaign effectiveness and lead conversion.
Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including traditional and digital channels, to achieve defined branch objectives.
  2. Campaign Management:Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, incorporating traditional and digital elements. Lead agency partnerships and manage internal resources.
  3. Digital Marketing Expertise:Showcase expertise in digital marketing, including LSA, paid search, SEO, GBPs and aggregators to optimize online presence and reach target audiences.
  4. Budget Management:Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various marketing channels for maximum MER and ROAS.
  5. Performance Analytics:Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Brand Management:Ensure consistent branding across all channels, maintaining a positive and impactful brand image.
  7. Market Research:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies for assigned markets.
  8. Collaboration with Field Personnel:Work closely with General Managers and Regional Managers to understand local market dynamics and tailor marketing initiatives to meet specific branch needs.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with expertise in full funnel marketing, including brand awareness, digital lead gen and community engagement.
  3. Working knowledge of digital channels, including LSA, PPC, SEO, GBP and website management. Multi-location marketing is preferred.
  4. Experience planning and optimizing full funnel marketing budgets. You will be responsible for developing each location's annual marketing plan, with monthly and weekly adjustments based on location objectives, campaign performance and outcomes of tests.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and marketing data and proactively use the data to achieve established MER and campaign ROAS.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work across field personnel, internal marketing departments and external partners.

The position is Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week. Candidate must reside near Bloomington, MN. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with occasional travel.
