The ideal candidate is a strong writer, storyteller, and marketing generalist who can independently turn ideas into polished marketing assets and maintain a consistent marketing presence across channels.
This is an individual contributor role focused on execution rather than people management. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to create content, manage website updates, support marketing campaigns, and help bring Conversica's story to market.
This is a remote role based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Create and manage blogs, articles, customer stories, case studies, thought leadership content, and industry-focused content.
  • Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to transform ideas and expertise into compelling external content.
  • Develop content that supports company messaging, market positioning, and business priorities.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and content roadmap.
Website & Digital Presence
  • Manage and maintain website content, including page updates, landing pages, messaging updates, and content publishing.
  • Help ensure website content remains current, relevant, and aligned with company priorities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to support website enhancements and improvements.
Marketing Campaigns & Brand Execution
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Support product launches, announcements, webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Create and maintain marketing assets that support awareness, engagement, and lead generation efforts.
  • Help ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and visual presentation across customer-facing channels.
Customer & Industry Marketing
  • Develop customer success stories and use cases that highlight business outcomes and customer value.
  • Create content that supports industry awareness and thought leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify customer wins, company milestones, and market insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with leadership, sales, customer success, product, and other teams to identify content opportunities and marketing priorities.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across departments to ensure timely execution and alignment.
  • Serve as a marketing resource for company-wide initiatives requiring external communications and content support.

Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, content marketing, or related marketing roles.
  • Exceptional written communication, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating content in partnership with subject matter experts and executive leaders.
  • Experience managing website content and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, technology, automotive, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting website launches, rebranding efforts, or major marketing initiatives.
