Website Content Specialist Yearlong C2H Qualifications: **This position will be fully remote until December, at which time they will switch to a hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at the new T+L building (501 W. Church St. Orlando, FL 32801) Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multi-Media, Business, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or Marketing preferred. Equivalent significant work experience in Digital Marketing, Authoring, or Web Development may be accepted in place of a degree. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of web production or development experience. Experience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plus. Ecommerce or online marketing experience, preferably in a high-volume, global online operation or with a large consumer brand. Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS), especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or HubSpot. Intermediate to advanced skills in HTML and CSS. Experience in reading and interpreting JSON APIs and JavaScript. Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Strong foundation and understanding of the software delivery lifecycle. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, or VersionOne. Familiarity with digital ADA compliance requirements. SEO expertise or certifications are a plus. Other Skills: Proven effective verbal and written communication skills, including crafting tailored messages for diverse audiences with strong grammatical accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages and budgets, ensuring timely progression and resource allocation. Exceptional ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy, maintaining high-quality standards. Strong leadership, influence, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Join our team of Website Content Specialists who play a pivotal role in developing, editing, and maintaining web pages and applications across our company's portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimization of our website content and functionality. How You'll Shine: Content Development: Create, edit, build, and maintain web pages and applications for both existing and future sites managed under the Travel + Leisure portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive the execution of requests across Creative, Technology, Brand, and Business Development teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Operational Management: Manage day-to-day tasks and be deeply involved in the project lifecycle to identify potential challenges early and ensure timely progression and delivery. Request Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of operational requests, from gathering requirements through to testing and launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and provide technical support for content development and releases, ensuring the stability and functionality of web properties. Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek and implement technical solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of content updates and user experiences.
