JOB DETAILS
Job Title: Website Content Specialist

Location: Orlando, FL 32801

Onsite / Hybrid / Remote: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in the Orlando office, Thursday & Friday - Work From Home

Duration: 9+ Months

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

·       Experience with content management systems (CMS); familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus, but not required. It is more of the understanding of how CMS work.

·       Strong understanding of the web, including HTML.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree (B.S., Business, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Digital Design UI/UX, or Marketing - preferred) OR Significant work experience in Digital Marketing/Authoring/Web Development

·       Certified ScrumMaster training (optional)

·       Proven effective verbal and written communication skills, including adept at writing messages to various targeted audiences and strong grammatical skills

·       Comfortable with ambiguity

·       Ability to manage multiple projects at multiple stages and budgets

·       Ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy

·       Strong leadership, influence, and communication skills

·       Organized and able to hold others accountable for delivering project milestones on time

·       Able to prioritize and react to change quickly

·       Experience within the travel/tourism/hospitality industry a plus

·       Ecommerce or online marketing experience, preferably in a high volume, global online operation or with a large consumer brand

·       Some exposure to call center/customer service/operational responsibilities

·       Intermediate to advanced experiences with Content Management Systems (CMS), AEM preferred

·       Intermediate to advanced HTML and CSS skillset

·       Experience in reading and interpreting JSON/API/JS languages

·       Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies

·       A strong foundation and understanding of the software delivery lifecycle

·       Experience using project management tools (Jira preferred)

·       Experience managing and estimating projects (time and cost)

·       Experience with FTP, developer and debugging tools, Figma, and Adobe CC

·       Experience with MS Office and Google Suite

·       SEO expertise or certifications a plus

·       Familiarity with ADA compliance needs; 2-5 years'' experience

·       Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

·       Create, Edit, Build and Maintain web pages and applications for both existing and future sites managed under the; Drive the execution of requests across the Creative, Technology, Brand and Business Development teams; Manage day-to-day tasks and have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential challenges; Manage the full life cycle of operational requests from requirements through launch; Troubleshoot and provide technical support for content development and releases; Proactively look for technical solutions to implement requests in a more efficient manner
