Content Platform Manager – HopeConnect™
Do you want a meaningful career as part of the digital ministry of 4KIDS, HopeConnect™ dedicated to equipping and encouraging parents raising children who have experienced adverse childhood trauma?
We’re looking for a creative and organized Content Manager to help lead our digital publishing efforts. Working closely with the Director of HopeConnect™, you’ll manage a dynamic team of writers, editors, licensed therapists, and designers. You’ll oversee the planning, production, and optimization of content that reaches parents where they are — in moments of struggle, hope, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the production of weekly parenting blogs, monthly feature articles, quarterly eBooks, video series, and devotional plans in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Create project briefs and coordinate the editorial calendar for annual and quarterly publishing.
- Work closely with the Webmaster and Web Designer to ensure all website content is accurate, current, and mobile-optimized for the best possible user experience.
- Collaborate with writers, therapists, and designers to develop biblically sound, trauma-informed content.
- Ensure all content meets SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices.
- Partner with social media and email teams to deliver cohesive, mission-aligned messaging.
- Use analytics to track engagement and identify opportunities for content improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in content management, digital publishing, or nonprofit communication.
- Demonstrates a personal, active Christian faith and alignment wit the mission, vision, and Statement of Faith of 4KIDS.
- Comfortable creating, editing, and managing, gospel-centered Scripture-based content that reflects biblical truth and hope.
- Excellent project management, writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed parenting principles and faith-based ministry work.
- Strong understanding of SEO/AEO and experience with CMS and workflow tools (e.g., WordPress and Monday).
- Collaborative leadership style and ability to manage multiple projects and contributors.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Brazilian Portuguese) a plus.
