The Content Marketing Manager serves as the central content hub for the U.S. Marketing team. This shared-services role leads the planning, governance, and optimization of content across Discover website (DHL Thought Leadership), U.S. website properties, organic social, webinars/events, email, and commercial channels. The Incumbent is responsible for the U.S. organic social calendar and is the primary Sprinklr operator—managing governance, approvals, optimization, and agency collaboration. Key responsibilities include maintaining SEO-optimized web content, coordinating webinar and event content, overseeing publishing workflows, reviewing social assets, monitoring performance, tracking organic leads and revenue influence, and ensuring brand consistency. The role partners closely with Digital Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative Services, PR/Comms, and the regional teams to deliver aligned and performance-driven content. 

Key Accountabilities: 

Content Strategy, Webinars & Editorial Planning  

  • Develop and manage the integrated U.S. editorial calendar across web, social, webinars/events, email, and campaigns.
  • Shape webinar and event content with Digital Growth Marketing, Regional copywriter and other teams.
  • Develop event materials including landing pages, promotional assets, scripts, speaker notes, and post-event deliverables. 
  • Lead weekly content planning and ensure cross-team alignment. 
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand tone across content. 

Organic Social Media Oversight & Agency Collaboration  

  • Direct the U.S. organic social media calendar and ensure cross‑pillar alignment. 
  • Manage Sprinklr for approvals, tagging QA, workflows, and governance. 
  • Collaborate with the social media agency on content calendars, briefs, and creative development. 
  • Evaluate agency-generated content in Sprinklr for quality and brand alignment. 
  • Monitor performance in Sprinklr Analytics and recommend optimizations. 
  • Stay current on platform trends and best practices. 

Content Publishing & Optimization  

  • Publish and update Discover/web content following formatting, metadata, accessibility, and SEO standards.
  • Own and scale content performance.
  • Build and maintain webinar and event landing pages.
  • Ensure all published content supports organic performance and lead-generation goals. 
  • Maintain governance and quality standards for digital content assets. 
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Growth Marketing on webinars, promotions, SEO priorities, and organic performance. 
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics Manager to understand organic lead flow, funnel movement, account opens, and revenue impact. 
  • Align with Digital Growth Marketing on content supporting paid and remarketing initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales on commercially relevant content. 
  • Work with PR/Comms and Regional teams on message alignment and Sprinklr governance. 
  • Partner with Creative Services on asset needs and refinements. 

Reporting & Continuous Improvement 

  • Track organic leads from DHL website properties (DHL.com, MyDHL+), DHL Discover, social, and webinars/events. 
  • Monitor full-funnel metrics to evaluate content performance. 
  • Analyze organic lead quality, funnel progression, account opens, and revenue influence. 
  • Monitor performance using Sprinklr and CMS analytics dashboards. 
  • Interpret agency KPI reports and recommends improvements. 
  • Maintain content processes, playbooks, and documentation.  

Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with a minimum of five years of experience in content marketing, social media oversight, webinars/events, or editorial operations. 
  • Hands-on experience with Sprinklr or similar enterprise social management platforms. 
  • Experience coordinating webinars or events, including content development and promotion. 
  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Eloqua is preferred. 
  • Strong editorial planning and project management capabilities. 
  • Experience working with social agencies, creative teams, and cross-functional partners. 
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress). 
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices. 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to ensure brand consistency across all content formats.
