Job Description

The Digital Marketing Website Content Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing and optimizing digital content that supports brand positioning, thought leadership, lead generation and client engagement.  Working closely with subject matter experts, marketing and business development teams to translate complex technical information into compelling, easy-to-understand, digital content.

Initially, the role will involve working with global and USA marketing and communication teams and external agencies to help deliver US content for the regional website ahead of its launch. You will then be responsible for creating a plan and roadmap to manage a regular pipeline of content for the US website.

*Be advised, in-office working at a T&T office is required two to three days out of the work week.

Key responsibilities:

Content strategy and planning:

  • Develop and execute website content strategy aligned with broader business and Marcomms strategy for the US. 
  • Identify content opportunities based on client needs, user engagement, industry trends and business priorities
  • Ensure content supports SEO, LLM, lead generation and thought leadership positioning

Content creation and management:

  • Create, edit and publish high-quality, high-performing content including:
    • Website pages / landing pages
    • Insight articles, reports, interviews and thought leadership
    • Project case studies
    • Stories related to events, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, awards and external engagement activities by our employees
    • External email campaigns and client facing-newsletters
  • Translate technical topics from subject matter experts into client-focused content
  • Utilize AI content development tools that the business might be piloting, as appropriate for the type of content being developed
  • Maintain content governance, brand tone of voice, writing guidelines, brand guidelines, etc.
  • Manage and optimize website content using the Content Management System, and partner platforms like Vimeo and Everviz

SEO and analytics:

  • Optimize content for search, working with global marketing and communications team and third-party platform such as Semrush and other AI tools
  • Monitor content performance, provide insightful feedback and use it to inform strategy moving forward
  • Track KPI performance for the website
  • Continuously refine content based on data, insights and performance trends

Collaboration and stakeholder management:

  • Form strong relationships with subject matter expertise to collaborate and drive the content development process
  • Work closely with the global marketing and communications team and a future network of like-minded digital marketing content managers in various locations across the globe
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests based on the priorities of the business aligned to business development.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. 
Qualifications

In-office working at a T&T office is required two to three days out of the work week.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Market Research, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
  • 4-7 years' experience in digital content, content marketing and B2B marketing
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and deadlines
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Umbraco ideally) and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with AI content generation and review (desirable)
  • Understanding of SEO / LLM best practices and content analytics
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Experience working within a regional team in conjunction with a global team
  • Experience working with localized websites that are linked to a global website
  • Demonstrated understanding of strong visual design principles, with the ability to recognize and evaluate high-quality assets (photography, video, graphics, etc.)
