Program Associateย  - (Webinar Producer)

Job Description

Oversees the production of webinars from setup through deployment. Coordinates strategy and technology to achieve the event objectives with speakers and ABA staff. Manages pre-event preparations, post-event reviews and CLE certification. Directly involved in the audio, video, staging, and live experience including technical support. Has extensive knowledge and technical skill of the functions and department processes.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage, set up control quality set up of webinars in ABA and vendor systems
  • Coordinates live webinar production with speakers and ABA staff including technical and production planning
  • Prepares webinar production systems for live production
  • Creates script to manage flow of live event
  • Assist speakers with technical, audio and video issues prior to and during webinars.
  • Host and manage live webinar and technical calls
  • Monitor webinars for quality issues
  • Support development of training and information materials for staff, speakers, and program leaders.
  • Support attendees with technical issues during and after program.
  • Provide reporting and post-program details

Job Environment

  • Full time
  • Remote
  • Must have flexible schedule and be able to manage events taking place throughout the day
  • Rarely work outside of normal business hours

Required Education, Qualifications, Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or 3 years of relevant event management experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience using virtual event platforms
  • Proficient in MS Office.ย  Advanced Zoom webinar management a plus.
