Job description

OVERVIEW

The Web Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution and accuracy of ALO's digital operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience across global storefronts. This position is responsible for coordinating product launches, managing site updates, supporting loyalty initiatives, and maintaining product data integrity within Shopify. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Engineering, and CX to ensure timely and accurate execution of launches, promotions, and site functionality. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, solutions-driven approach to operational execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Manage product setup and launch execution in Shopify, including product readiness checks, go-live support, QA coordination, and timely resolution of launch blockers.
  • Manage Loyalty Shop setup and execution, including reward configuration and QA validation.
  • Coordinate seasonal SKU uploads across all international Shopify storefronts, transforming raw data into a structured format to support accurate product setup, localized pricing, and store location uploads.
  • Maintain and optimize Shopify tags and metafields, including adjustments for product drops and pricing changes, refreshing best-seller tagging, and improving on-site filters and attributes to enhance discoverability.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support ongoing web operations workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact site performance, launch execution, or customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or merchandising (preferred).
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate, validate, and troubleshoot large data sets used for product uploads, pricing updates, and launch support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in product data and image tagging.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates curiosity for leveraging AI tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving within data-heavy and operational workflows.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
