Overview
Konica Minolta is seeking a Web Operations Manager to join the Marketing team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and operational excellence of our digital and website properties. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with enterprise websites, understands technical SEO and web analytics, and takes a process-driven approach to web production.
The Manager, Web Operations will shape the strategic vision, purpose and experience across all marketing properties aligned to our client engagement strategy.
This role is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Ramsey, NJ and follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite work Monday-Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
Responsibilities
  • Drive client and prospect engagement through building meaningful experiences across our web properties aligned to our Go to Market plans
  • Manage the entire web life cycle from strategic planning, features and functionality needs to roadmap and backlog development and prioritization
  • Provide oversight and strategic guidance for website development efforts built in Framer, ensuring alignment with brand standards, UX best practices, and business objectives.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of interactive web experiences utilizing React and modern JavaScript (ES6+), partnering closely with IT and development teams to ensure security, accessibility, scalability, and performance standards are met.
  • Lead with a data driven mindset that tracks and measures usage to enable insight driven decisions in partnership with Marketing Analytics
  • Drive personalization strategy across marketing properties to driver greater engagement with clients through our web experience
  • Ensure high-quality implementation and delivery of website content & site personalization experiences to support web & related business stakeholder strategies, in accordance with brand & web best-practices.
  • Initiate/drive qualitative web experience assessments to improve outcomes on web properties
  • Create and maintain guidelines for the look and feel of the Internet and Intranet properties
  • Align with UX and IT teams to identify opportunities for web testing and assist in designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging and CTAs
  • Recommend site improvements based on data and conversion optimization best practices
  • Oversee digital marketing functions including SEO and paid search to drive marketing vision across all channels
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Global Digital teams on website and lead tracking
  • Own monthly website reporting and develop a framework for measuring engagement and conversion
  • Develop and maintain web SOPs and training documentations
  • Collaborate to define relevant customer touch points including websites, mobile websites, etc. through participation in the creation of user flows and user experience requirements
  • Define opportunities to simplify client experience across web properties and beyond
  • Manage a team to support digital web initiatives

Qualifications
  • 10+ years' hands-on experience in direct B2B or B2C web, ecommerce, intranet and digital marketing
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, technology or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a people-manager role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of usability and customer experience principles and techniques for mobile and web information architecture and design
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, email and social media
  • Experience with web content management systems (CMS) and personalization technology
  • Proven track record of driving client engagement through web properties and a deep understanding of how web sites alongside other traditional and digital channels to drive conversion
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and assess priorities based on impact
  • Intermediate to proficient knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & similar front-end web development languages
  • Understanding of A/B multivariate testing strategies and digital personalization tools
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Must have successful cross-departmental collaboration experience/skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience in a highly agile/scrum environment
  • Experience with HCL, WordPress and CMS capabilities
