Job description

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, Web Production & Operations to own the day-to-day production, execution, and continuous improvement of Docusign's global web presence. Docusign.com is where prospects meet our product for the first time, and this role owns that experience - partnering with demand generation, product marketing, and design to build the pages and experiences that move buyers through the funnel. This role will drive continuous optimization, ensure timely initiative execution, be an expert in website best practices, and effectively communicate with stakeholders within a fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate brings a production-first mindset, a sharp eye for quality, and fluency with AI tools that help the team move faster and personalize at scale. Comfortable working on multiple projects at once, communicating with global stakeholders and vendors, and holding an advanced understanding of web fundamentals, this person will be hands-on producing some of our most complex web pages, experiments, and personalization on our most visible pages - while also leading a team of web developers/producers and championing best practices as new capabilities roll out.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director, Program & Operations.

Responsibility

  • Perform hands-on content entry and web production across Docusign's 17+ regions

  • Own end-to-end web production across Docusign.com - building, publishing, and QA-ing pages in our CMS with accuracy and speed

  • Orchestrate web experiences that reinforce our differentiation, create value, and scale globally to grow our non-self-serve customer base

  • Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and design to launch campaign landing pages, event hubs, and content experiences that convert

  • Manage CMS migration, website redesign, and digital experience translation/localization operations

  • Use AI tools - generative content assistants, personalization engines, and intelligent A/B testing platforms - to accelerate production and deliver tailored experiences at scale

  • Work with multiple stakeholders and agencies globally on high-impact projects

  • Participate routinely in strategy development in the assigned function

  • Own the execution of the global web marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with senior leadership and driving key initiatives to completion

  • Review and update web content daily

  • Prioritize and execute multiple competing projects, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and business objectives

  • Assist in triaging all new tasks for the website operations backlog, working with stakeholders to gather missing information and requirements when needed

  • Manage the web production backlog: triage incoming requests, set clear timelines, and keep stakeholders informed and unblocked

  • Scope and deploy projects together with the Product and Program Owner, and produce documentation to deliver fully defined tasks to the development team

  • Understand localization best practices and translation workflow tooling

  • Work with the production team to answer CMS troubleshooting questions and serve as the first line of defense for review before sharing with stakeholders

  • Lead a team of Web Producers/Developers and prioritize work based on the constantly changing needs of the business

  • Plan and lead meetings with cross-functional teams

  • Update and maintain WebOps process documentation

  • Deliver projects on time, ensuring business requirements and web standards are met

  • Lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to test and validate hypotheses, ensuring continuous optimization of the website

  • Build scalable processes and workflows that enable rapid execution and cross-functional alignment

  • Optimize existing processes for scalability, identify opportunities for improvement, and serve as a key Web stakeholder for marketing web technologies being implemented or enhanced

  • Monitor and report on web performance - traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and page health - turning data into decisions and sharing insights across the marketing org

  • Execute SEO best practices across on-page optimization, metadata, structured data, and internal linking to drive organic visibility and pipeline impact

  • Uphold web governance standards across accessibility (WCAG), brand consistency, link integrity, and redirect management

  • Stay current on AI tooling for marketing, CMS capabilities, and web trends, bringing recommendations that sharpen Docusign's digital presence

  • Write and maintain consistent documentation; reserve time to keep Confluence up to date

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Contentful's content model and information architecture, collaborating with engineering to ensure all new and updated modules meet internal WebOps requirements for scalability and velocity

  • Lead and support a team of web developers/producers

  • Advocate for the team's needs, protect their time, prioritize their queue, remove blockers, and create an environment where developers can do their best work

  • Bring operational maturity and strong prioritization discipline to help the team balance speed, quality, maintainability, and business impact
