  • Serve as the central point of intake for website content requests, providing clear prioritization, tracking, and communication on timelines and dependencies.
  • Partner closely with SEO and content teams to implement on‑page optimizations, metadata updates, internal linking, and content enhancements that support organic visibility and performance.
  • Ensure all published content remains current, accurate, compliant, and aligned with evolving marketing and business goals.
  • Serve as the primary internal resource for website‑related requests across the marketing team.
  • Establish and provide guidance on CMS processes, content standards, and publishing workflows to help stakeholders execute updates efficiently and accurately.

Tag Management & Website Data Integrity

  • Ensure analytics tags, events, and data layers are properly implemented to support accurate measurement of content performance, forms, and user behavior.
  • Conduct regular QA and validation to ensure analytics data integrity across site updates, content launches, and new feature releases.

Experimentation & Optimization Execution

  • Implement test variations by manipulating HTML and site components to bring test concepts to life.
  • Partner with UX, analytics, and marketing teams to operationalize experimentation learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Own and prioritize the backlog of A/B testing requests in partnership with stakeholders.

Site Reliability & Backend Oversite

  • Identify, document, and help resolve site issues related to performance, functionality, accessibility, or user experience in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external developers.
  • Provide backend support and guidance for site updates and enhancements, partnering closely with Mercer Advisors' third‑party development team to scope, prioritize, and execute more complex technical work.
  • Install, update, and configure WordPress plugins and themes as needed to support new features and maintain site functionality.
  • Monitor CMS health, page load performance, and ensure compatibility across plugins, components, and templates following updates or site changes.
  • Ensure all forms are properly configured within the CMS and integrated with downstream systems to support accurate tracking, data capture, and reporting.
  • Support CMS governance by establishing and maintaining standards, workflows, and documentation for content publishing, backend updates, and operational best practices.
