Job description

About Sign In App

At Sign In App, we're redefining how organisations manage access and visitor management. We believe security and great experiences should go hand in hand, helping organizations protect their people, simplify compliance, and create seamless workplaces.

Trusted by 30,000+ organizations worldwide, we're building the future of Access Intelligence - making every interaction safer, smarter, and more welcoming.

The Role

The Marketing Operations Manager runs campaign execution, keeps systems connected, and catches issues before they become problems. You’ll report to the VP of Sales Operations and live in the marketing tech stack every day, administering and maintaining the platforms that run our marketing engine, following established processes and priorities set by marketing ops leadership. You’ll spot the broken sync before anyone else and keep the systems performing end to end, so campaigns launch on time, leads route reliably, and reporting stays accurate.

You’ll also help direct an external agency that takes on a portion of day-to-day execution work. The agency supplements your workload, but the systems stay yours to run day to day.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being the person who keeps everything running, spots problems before they surface, and quietly makes the whole engine work.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Administer and maintain the marketing tech stack day to day, spanning marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM and sync (Salesforce), web analytics and tag management (GA4, GTM), and intent/ABM platforms, following established platform standards and escalating tool gaps or redundancies to marketing ops leadership
  • Build and maintain automated nurture and email drip campaigns per established playbooks; monitor lead scoring and routing rules, troubleshoot flow issues, resolve sync errors, and ensure qualified prospects pass to sales cleanly
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting across campaigns, channels, and email performance, giving the team visibility into what's working
  • Build, test, and deploy multi-touch automated campaigns in HubSpot across email, nurtures, webinars, events, and web, including landing pages, email sequences, form-fill actions, workflows, UTM tagging, and QA
  • Build forms and manage list segmentation per established data capture standards and targeting criteria; flag opportunities to improve conversion or data quality to marketing ops leadership
  • Support integrations across the marketing and revenue tech stack, and troubleshoot integration issues as they arise
  • Maintain documentation for intake, prioritization, and QA of marketing requests
  • Monitor and audit system, workflow, and integration health on a regular cadence, including legacy systems, and flag hygiene issues for cleanup
  • Maintain data governance and database hygiene per established standards — field consistency, lifecycle stage accuracy, lead source rules, deduplication — and elevate policy-level issues to leadership
  • Execute marketing compliance processes (GDPR/CCPA) established by legal/compliance leadership, including consent tracking, suppression list management, and send governance
  • Partner with sales to troubleshoot lead and campaign questions and keep the two teams aligned
What We’re Looking For:
  • B2B SaaS experience (required)
  • 3-5 years hands-on in marketing operations as an administrator, ideally in a multi-product or fast-scaling organization
  • Hands-on experience administering marketing automation (HubSpot strongly preferred, certifications a plus), CRM and sync (Salesforce), web analytics and tag management (GA4, GTM), and exposure to an intent/ABM platform such as 6sense
  • Experience supporting system integrations, migrations, or consolidations under senior guidance
  • Experience building automated workflows, branching logic, and trigger-based communications within established frameworks
  • Working knowledge of B2B SaaS funnel mechanics, including ABM structures and multi-channel inbound/outbound motions
  • Comfortable building and maintaining marketing dashboards and reporting, and administering lead scoring and lifecycle stage models set by others
  • Practical understanding of GDPR and marketing data privacy, including consent and suppression management
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and keep documentation current
  • Comfortable troubleshooting live systems under time pressure
  • Strong communication and collaboration across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams
What Success Looks Like:
  • Campaigns launch on time and accurately, with execution quality improving over time
  • The marketing tech stack runs cleanly day to day, with sync errors caught early and legacy issues flagged for resolutionMarketing and sales trust the data they're working from, from lead capture through routing to reporting
  • Forms and lists consistently deliver clean, well-segmented data per established targeting criteria
  • Reporting gives the team timely visibility into campaign and channel performance
