Position Overview:
The Motion Graphics Animator/Editor is a highly skilled visual storyteller responsible for capturing, editing, and producing compelling video content that elevates the brand and drives engagement. This role combines creative vision with technical expertise, leading projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency across all platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content across a variety of formats (social, brand campaigns, interviews, events, long-form content, etc.).
• Lead on-set production, including lighting, audio, and camera direction.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
• Edit video content with a refined eye for pacing, storytelling, and brand tone.
• Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, music, and color correction to enhance final output.
• Ensure all content is platform-optimized (social, web, paid media, etc.).
• Manage multiple edits simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Contribute to concept development and creative ideation.
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate video content and differentiate the brand.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of trends, formats, and audience behaviors.
• Own video projects end-to-end, from pre-production through delivery.
• Manage timelines, shot lists, and production logistics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, social, and marketing teams.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Maintain a high standard of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and output.
• Travel as needed for branch visits, events, and on-location shoots.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Drone operation license, preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in videography and editing (agency or in-house, preferred).
• Experience creating content for social and digital platforms.
• Experience delivering high-quality, engaging video content consistently and on time.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools and workflows.
• Experience working with talent/on-camera personalities.
• Advanced understanding of lighting, composition, camera operation, and audio capture.
• Well-developed portfolio, demonstrating storytelling, shooting, and editing capabilities.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects; DaVinci Resolve, preferred).
• Skilled in photography.
• Skilled at scaling production while maintaining creative excellence.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
• Skilled in generating innovative, audience-driven ideas that enhance brand impact.
