What is a Web Developer Contract?

A Web Developer Contract is a legal agreement between a client and a web developer outlining the terms, responsibilities, deliverables, timeline, and payment for web development services. This contract protects both parties by clearly defining the scope of work, deadlines, and any intellectual property rights.
