The Web and Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications, mobile applications, and supporting software systems. This position works closely with project managers, designers, stakeholders, and end users to create secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that meet organizational objectives. The developer will support the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, debugging, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
The ideal candidate possesses strong programming knowledge, experience with modern development frameworks, and the ability to work independently or within a collaborative development environment. This role requires analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Write, test, debug, and deploy code for front-end and back-end systems.
• Build and maintain databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Ensure applications are secure, responsive, and optimized for performance.
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support.
