About the Role

Renu Energy Solutions is seeking a highly creative, hands-on marketing professional to help shape how customers experience our brand.


As the part-time Web and Graphic Designer, you'll create engaging marketing content across web, digital advertising, social media, email, events, and sales enablement. Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, you'll transform ideas into compelling campaigns that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and support business growth.


This is a part-time role.ย 


Key Responsibilities

  • Design compelling digital and print marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other
  • modern creative platforms.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize website pages, landing pages, and digital experiences using WordPress, following SEO and conversion best practices.
  • Develop creative assets for Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, display advertising, email marketing, and other digital campaigns.
  • Create engaging digital content, including short-form video, drone footage, photography, motion graphics, and AI-enhanced media that strengthens the Renu brand and tells compelling customer stories.
  • Write and develop content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and customer communications.
  • Design customer-facing educational materials, presentations, and sales resources that simplify complex energy topics and enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead the creative execution of trade shows, community events, sponsorships, and brand activations through signage, displays, presentations, digital promotion, and on-site content creation as needed.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve creative quality, accelerate production, and increase marketing effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Renu's digital presence by recommending enhancements to websites, creative assets, customer experience, and overall brand presentation.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to transform ideas into high-performing campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in creative marketing, digital design, content development, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Professional experience managing and updating websites using WordPress, including page builders, content management, and basic SEO best practices.
  • Experience creating high-performing content across web, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and print.
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and modern content workflows.
  • Strong writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, community events, or experiential marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in home services, construction, renewable energy, or a related industry is a plus.
