Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance eligible


Work Schedule: Onsite M-F


Role Overview:

The Assistant eLE Developer supports the design, maintenance, and improvement of digital learning platforms and related systems. This role assists in tracking system issues, documenting requirements, reviewing technical updates, and coordinating development activities that enhance platform functionality. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting defects, supporting acceptance testing, updating site content, and communicating system changes to learning program stakeholders. The Assistant Developer also collaborates with training managers, system administrators, and support personnel to ensure accurate configuration of user roles, content updates, and technical procedures. By providing operational insight and contributing to system documentation, the role helps maintain a reliable, user-focused learning environment and supports the continuous evolution of the learning ecosystem.

  • 3-10 years of web development or systems administration experience
  • Experience with Moodle and LMS Operations
