Job Duties

Open the Trojan Card Office each weekday and prepare the workspace for daily operation.
Ensure cameras, printers, and Card Software are functional.
Maintain a positive and professional office environment.
Answer phone calls and respond to email or voicemail inquiries.
Print and issue University Identification Cards.
Issue Replacement Cards and updated Cardholder Information.
Troubleshoot damaged cards and swipe errors.
Manage Small Purchase Credit Card (SPCC) transaction including reconciliation, documentation and compliance with university and state guidelines.
Manage eVA Procurement orders for the department, including creating requisitions, tracking orders and ensuring proper approval.
Provide Professional Customer Service to all Campus Constituents. Provide guidance on campus services linked to the Card System. Assist Students/ Faculty and Staff with Trojan Card Usage.
Maintain confidentiality of Students and Employees Information.
Ability to resolve most Card Issue at the Front Desk.
Refer complex technical issues to the partner departments.
Follow university policies regarding data security and workplace conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
Working technical knowledge in the operation of an identification card system to include debit card capabilities.
Working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office computer software.
Knowledge of basic accounting functions as related to the collection and reconciliation of financial transactions.
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment to interpret policy and develop procedures.
Additional Considerations
Proficiency using the Atrium Card system, Cardinal, and Banner systems is preferred
