In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll help transform complex client needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive real value.

You will:

Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs

Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications

Support the design, development, and delivery of web portal solutions

Ensure solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with client expectations

Contribute to the successful migration and implementation of client portals

What You'll Accomplish Together
Working closely with developers, QA teams, client stakeholders, and internal partners, you will:

Lead requirements gathering through workshops and client interactions

Break down complex needs into clear, structured documentation

Collaborate on solution design and estimation discussions

Support development teams by clarifying requirements

Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)

Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are applied

Contribute to release documentation and communication

Annual Salary range : 48,300.00 - 69,000.00 - 80,000.00 CAD Annual
