About The Role

As a MarTech Developer, you'll be tasked with working on a variety of client-facing marketing technology initiatives. Working within cross-functional project teams, your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing technology solutions that help organizations better engage customers, improve marketing performance, and unlock valuable business insights. This role is ideal for technically-minded developers who enjoy solving complex business challenges and want to work at the intersection of software development, data, and digital marketing.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations between CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other business platforms
  • Build scalable solutions that support lead generation, customer engagement, personalization, and marketing measurement initiatives
  • Develop custom applications, APIs, workflows, and automation solutions to support client marketing and business objectives
  • Implement and configure marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Workfront, or others
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Work with data sources, APIs, and reporting platforms to enable actionable insights and improve decision-making
  • Participate in code reviews and testing processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable software
  • Research emerging technologies, platforms, and best practices within the MarTech ecosystem

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development, marketing technology, solutions engineering, or a related technical role
  • Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#
  • Experience and proficiency utilizing Adobe martech platforms such as: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Workfront, or others
  • Experience working with APIs, web services, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTTP, REST APIs, authentication methods, and cloud-based applications
  • Familiarity working with non-Adobe marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Braze, or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), analytics platforms, and marketing attribution concepts
  • Experience working with relational databases and SQL
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data integration best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
