The Manager, Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist plays a vital role which supports analytics across Global Wealth Management (GWM) digital platforms. The position centers on analytics tagging, measurement setup, and maintaining data quality for Wealth client experiences across both web and mobile platforms. This role collaborates closely with GWM digital product teams, engineering, analytics partners, and data governance functions to ensure accurate, compliant, and actionable digital data that enables insight generation and continuous experience improvement.

  • Partner closely with Global Wealth Management business and technology teams
  • Influence digital measurement strategy for Wealth client experiences
  • Improve data governance, observability, and trust across analytics platforms
  • Operate at the intersection of digital delivery, analytics, and Wealth business priorities
  • Analyze complex Wealth digital business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable analytics implementation specifications
  • Design, implement, and support digital analytics tagging solutions across web and mobile platforms
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics implementation within GWM digital ecosystems
  • Collaborate with frontend, backend, and mobile developers to validate analytics data & ensure accurate and consistent measurement across journeys
  • Apply industry best practices to analytics solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure analytics implementations meet quality, security, privacy, and regulatory standards
  • Define and implement digital analytics tracking frameworks for Global Wealth digital platforms
  • Deliver and maintain Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch / Tags implementations
  • Support and administer Adobe Analytics accounts across multiple GWM digital properties
  • Enable consistent measurement for client digital journeys and servicing activities
  • Support campaign and communication tracking requirements (e.g., events, conversions, attribution)
  • Maintain analytics documentation including tracking specifications and link tracking guides
  • Build and maintain Adobe Analytics Workspace dashboards aligned to Wealth business needs
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting on digital usage, engagement, and behavior
  • Monitor data quality and traffic patterns to identify implementation issues or optimization opportunities
  • Use tag auditing tools (e.g., ObservePoint, Tag Inspector) to proactively identify gaps and defects
  • Troubleshoot analytics issues and recommend sustainable fixes
  • Advise digital and analytics partners on evolving GWM measurement and tagging standards
  • Promote analytics best practices and contribute to enterprise data governance objectives

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of hands on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Adobe Analytics using Adobe Launch / Tags
  • 2+ years configuring web and mobile analytics across complex digital platforms
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Web SDK
  • Strong experience in data validation, visualization, and dashboard development
  • The ability to communicate insights and implementation guidance clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics implementation and Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with GA4
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar enterprise visualization tools
  • Exposure to digital communication or personalization platforms
  • An understanding of SEO and digital discoverability concepts
  • Experience working in regulated financial services environments is an asset 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in parallel
