Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Install weatherization materials as directed by the Weatherization Crew Chief. Responsible for inspection data collection. Complete all heating appliance inspections.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure that all materials are installed in compliance with the NEO State Plan
  2. Ensure a minimum average of 5 completed units per month (excluding housing authorities)
  3. Secure and maintain all OSHA-required tools and equipment
  4. Work with clients by explaining to them the different Housing programs
  5. Uses proper โ€œLead Safe Work Practicesโ€ when applicable
  6. Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures
  7. Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A high school diploma or GED required
  2. Valid driver's license
  3. 1-3 years of experience working in construction (Tools and truck provided)

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  4. Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  5. Demonstrated ability to work with others

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm

REPORTS TO: Housing Director

JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

PAY: $18.00 - $19.00/hour (depending on qualifications)
