Administrative Assistant (Weatherization)
Reports to:  Weatherization Director 

Job Details: 
  • Provides administrative support regarding the workflow of the office and assists the director.  
  • Performs administrative duties that contribute to effective day-to-day program operations. This includes handling incoming inquiries, filing, and necessary documents, confidential information, attending meetings and recording minutes, preparing reports, preparing purchase order requisitions, coordinating inventory, ordering supplies, and account payable items.
  • Creates and provides reports.  Assist in the preparation of proposals, budgets, and audits.
  • Schedules interviews, performs data entry and analyzes Leads Listing while selecting leads to pursue.
 
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. This includes prior administrative support performing the aforementioned functions.  Highly qualified applicants are considered.
