Weatherization Director information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Weatherization Director, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Weatherization Director, you need expertise in energy efficiency, program management, and regulatory compliance, often supported by a degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Familiarity with building performance analysis tools, project management software, and certifications such as BPI (Building Performance Institute) or RESNET is common.
