Job description

Water damage doesn't wait, and neither does your career. Treasure State Restoration - a locally owned restoration company based in Belgrade, serving Bozeman and the whole Gallatin Valley - is hiring two water damage restoration technicians at $27-$30/hr plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Year-round work with no winter layoff (winter is our busy season). No restoration experience? If you bring the work ethic, we pay for your IICRC certification and train you into a trade with a real future - with a raise at every cert.


WHAT WE OFFER

- $27.00-$30.00 per hour starting wage DOE - experienced or IICRC-certified techs start at the top

- $1,500 sign-on bonus (paid at 30 and 120 days)

- Paid IICRC certifications (WRT and beyond) with a raise at each one

- On-call premium pay: weekly phone stipend plus guaranteed minimum per call-out plus overtime

- Medical benefits after 60 days, PTO, and paid holidays

- Consistent year-round hours and a real path up: tech to lead tech to supervisor, learning from a veteran restoration manager


WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Respond to water damage emergencies in homes and businesses: extraction, demo, drying equipment setup

- Take moisture readings and document jobs daily (photos, readings, notes) in our mobile app - we'll train you

- Monitor drying progress and move equipment as jobs dry down

- Assist with mold remediation, demolition, and cleanup under containment

- Treat customers having one of the worst weeks of their year with respect


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented - reliability is the whole job

- Valid driver's license with an insurable record and reliable transportation

- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and tight areas

- Willing to join the rotating on-call schedule (paid - see above)

- No experience? No problem - we train and certify you. Experienced water restoration or mitigation techs: bring your IICRC certs and start at the top of the range.
