About the Role
Get Blue is seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Operations Associate to support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns, partnership activations, and business development operations across the Get Blue ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a highly organized operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys connecting teams, managing workflows, and keeping complex initiatives running smoothly. You will help support partnership pitching, campaign execution, partnership coordination, internal operations, and cross-functional collaboration across Water.org, agencies, and external partners.
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and operations - helping turn strategy into clear timelines, systems, deliverables, and day-to-day execution support.
What You'll do
Marketing & Campaign Operations
  • Bring Get Blue campaigns to life by supporting the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing and brand activations
  • Keep campaigns running smoothly by managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and launch readiness
  • Build and maintain organized systems for campaign assets and tools, ensuring seamless execution across teams

Business Development & Partner Operations
  • Support and grow a dynamic pipeline of brand partnerships, coordinating outreach, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Help shape and execute co-branded activations, including partnership materials and launch plans
  • Collaborate with corporate partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver impactful, high-quality experiences

Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations
  • Act as a key connector across teams and partners to keep high-visibility initiatives moving forward
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve processes as Get Blue scales
  • Support operational excellence through budget tracking, contracts, and adherence to brand and partnership guidelines

Requirements
What Makes you a great fit
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) plus 2+ years in marketing operations, project coordination, partnerships, or account management, with hands-on experience supporting cross-functional campaigns and/or brand partnerships
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end-balancing timelines, approvals, trackers, and multiple stakeholders with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with corporate brands, agencies, or external partners, with a solid understanding of marketing workflows, campaign execution, and partnership coordination
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Salary/Benefits
This position offers a base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 . Base salary may be flexible based on skills, certifications, location and/or qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan up to 10%. This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical/dental insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement program, paid time off, paid holidays and more as well as periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.
