Job description

Summary of Job Duties:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing tasks associated with receiving and distribution of vitamins and supplements.
Specific Job Duties:
  1. Filling customer orders.
  2. Packaging customer orders.
  3. Receiving inbound orders.
  4. Replenishment, shipping audits, loading trailers.
  5. Inventory cycle counting, process customer returns & return to stock.
  6. Proper rotation of products (FIFO).
  7. Verify quantities, lots, and expiration dates.
  8. Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, problem solving ability and a positive professional attitude.
  9. Ability to work under direction of Shipping & Receiving Coordinators, Supervisors and Managers in a manner consistent with Threshold Enterprises expectations, goals and vision.
  10. Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold management.

Other Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times to include moving pallets, sweeping, disposing of debris, as well as handling all products and property of Threshold Enterprises with the utmost care.
  2. Assist in keeping common work areas clean on a daily basis.
  3. Perform facility maintenance tasks and warehouse project related activities as assigned.
  4. Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
  1. Entry Level
  2. Report on time and ready for work at the scheduled start time and work overtime as required.
  3. Must be able to read and understand work instructions and customer orders in English.
  4. Ability to operate power equipment preferred, forklift, pallet jack, order picker.
  5. Must be able to lift up to 50Lbs.
  6. Must be able to work standing, bending, reaching continuously for up to 10 hours.
  7. Must be able to walk up and down stairs or ladders frequently during work shift.

Skills and/or Training Desired:
  1. Basic math skills.
  2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  4. Time management and organization skills.
  5. Able to accurately complete productivity and quality tracking documents.
  6. Maintain established productivity, accuracy, quality, and safety standards at all times.
  7. Handheld RF Scan device experience is preferred but not required.
