Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse Project Specialist to join a growing team in Pico Rivera, CA with $19.92/hour pay for a 3-month, with temp to perm opportunity. This role involves reboxing files, indexing, and basic data entry in an office setting. It is a physical job that requires moving boxes, organizing files, and working at a steady pace to meet daily goals. Ideal for individuals who are highly detail-oriented and reliable, this opportunity provides a structured work environment focused on data entry, indexing, and file organization. APPLY NOW!


Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30PM,Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Typing Assessment: Candidate must pass with 8500 KPH (28WPM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Move boxes from pallets using a U-boat cart into the work area
  • Take one box at a time to a desk and transfer files into new boxes
  • Perform indexing and enter data while reboxing files
  • Build new boxes and break down old boxes after use
  • Add tissue and cardstock to completed boxes and apply labels
  • Maintain organization and accuracy while working
  • Meet a daily target of around 30 boxes


What we're looking for:

  • Must be willing to travel between two facilities: 1807 E 48th Place and 1818 Oak St Los Angeles, CA
  • Able to perform physical work (lifting, moving, standing)
  • Must pass a typing test with a minimum score of 8,500 KPH
  • Basic computer skills for data entry
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and able to follow instructions
