Job Duties:

  • Ownership of P&L (financial responsibility)
  • Operational Excellence in all warehouse functions
  • Must be able to do job entirely (All hands on) No desk or office job duties
  • Handle the recording and maintaining of all products in facility
  • Ownership of Full cycle, shipping process, receive, inspect, communicate, order parts, put away in timely processing of product
  • Advanced in computer skills (WMS, NetSuite, Desktop Shipper)
  • Ensures product standards are followed throughout facility, to include rack maintenance
  • Prepare workloads in all warehouse departments (cost, process, shrink, productivity)
  • Conduct interviewing, hiring, terminations, and corrective counseling within responsible area
  • Ownership of all functions and responsibilities of warehouse operations
  • Maintains safe and clean work areas
  • Comfortable working in dock environment; exposure to varied weather conditions and dust


Experience (Required):

  • Leadership/ Manager (minimum 5 years)
  • P & L (minimum 6 years)
  • Turret, Sit-down, and Cherry Picker Forklift experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Computer system- WMS, Multiple screens, Data Entry, Order research)
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes 50 lbs. +
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Self-driven
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to motivate team
